Kickboxing
We offer clients the opportunity to train and learn kickboxing fundamentals with the focus on full body conditioning. With a combined 35 years of experience in Martial Arts and Kickboxing, plus being a certified personal trainer, we wanted to provide our clients a unique way to get fit. Kickboxing fundamentals train our clients with hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, balance, power and endurance. Plus they are learning proper techniques of kickboxing.
Some of the training we do is using focus mitts, heavy bags, jump ropes and ladder drills. Not to mention the good old fashion calisthenics, push ups and sits up. The end result is that our clients receive a training session designed to train their full body and have a lot of fun doing it.
