Hi My name is Keith. Why did I join the training station? I actually joined the train station in seek of a different type of way to exercise as well as it was something I have always wanted to try as a young adult but never got a chance to and I absolutely love it there the people who work at the straining station as well as work out at the train station have become my extended family the gym is very personable and really fun to train at. I am very thankful for the trainers and trainees, they people who genuinely wants to help you out with anything you need or want to learn.
December 2018, I lost just about 20 pounds for a fight that I did in wanted to do. The reason for me for the fight was to scratch something off my bucket list and it was one of the best things I ever did and one of the greatest feelings I ever had .
