I have been involved in athletics my entire life and have always carried the mentality of striving to be better. I was a two sport athlete through high school and then went on to play collegiate softball as a catcher. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, I worked for two years as an assistant softball coach at the collegiate level while pursuing my Master’s degree in Education. During my softball career, I worked with countless individuals of all ages in softball technique as well as strength and conditioning. That is what began my interest in coaching and training.
I currently am certified in MMA Fighter Fitness and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Previously I was teaching boxing and kickboxing at TITLE Boxing Club.
I enjoy working with other people and helping them to realize their own strength, inside and out. I love learning new things just as much as I love teaching them to other people. When I’m not coaching or training, you can find me working on my own fitness and technique. I also enjoy testing my own limits and challenging myself by running as many Tough Mudders as I can!
In my classes and personal training, my goal is to make you push yourself until you think you can’t push anymore and then push a little bit further! I’m looking forward to meeting you all and hopefully help you to be more awesome today than you were yesterday!
