We offer clients the opportunity to train and learn kickboxing fundamentals with a focus on full body conditioning. With a combined 35 years of experience in Martial Arts and Kickboxing, and personal training certification, The Training Station provides clients a unique way to get fit.
Kickboxing fundamentals train our clients with hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, balance, power and endurance. In addition to the fundamentals of proper kickboxing.
Some of the training we do is using focus mitts, heavy bags, jump ropes and ladder drills. Don't forget the "good old fashioned" calisthenics, push-ups, and sits-up.
The end result: our clients receive a training session designed to work their full body and have a lot of fun doing it.
