From indoor Superfit to outdoor bootcamp to special event training, The Training Station offers a variety of fitness classes to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Superfit is a 45-60 minute long class that features circuit style training. With emphasis on metabolic conditioning, strength training, and endurance each class is designed to provide a total body work out for functional results.
Bootcamp is a 45-60 minute long class that takes place outdoors (weather permitting). Exercises can include anything from sprint drills, rope climbing, tire flipping, body weight conditioning, to agility exercises and team drills.
The Training Station has formed groups to train for a wide variety of events. Many members routinely group together to train for local road races and charity 5Ks. The Training Station most recently participated in the Mudderella obstacle race and the Wason Pond Pounder. Members can join these groups and receive special workouts prior to the event. The day of the event, members meet and attend the event together. It is completed as a team.
