Gregg, Cindy, and their 2 children have been members of The Training Station for over 2 years. Gregg and Cindy participate in the adult fitness classes, fitness challenges, and martial arts courses. Their 2 children are involved in the children's martial arts program. As a family they have seen drastic changes in their fitness levels and lifestyle. Hear what they have to say below:
1) When did you join the gym?
"I joined by chance in september 2013. My sister had bought me a 6 week trial through groupon. I'm so happy she did! Otherwise I may never have known about the gym." - Cindy

2) What classes do you take?
"I take kickboxing and trx classes. I'll also take the superfit classes sometimes." - Cindy
"I take Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Sparring." - Gregg
3) What do your children like most about the martial arts program?
"The kids love the martial arts program. They really enjoy the new skills they are learning and the challenges. They also respond very well to Master Terry's teaching methods." - Cindy
"They love the interaction with the other kids and learning together and the competitive nature of the programs." - Gregg
4) What do you like most about the fitness classes / martial arts classes?
"I really enjoy that the classes are always changing. Christina tries to change the exercises to keep us all on our toes. It never gets boring and I feel really accomplished after." - Cindy
"I like that it is always changing. Having an instructor to lead class helps keep things dynamic so you never get bored with it. Plus, you get to hit stuff and release all that built up tension from the daily grind."- Gregg
5) Why did you join the gym?
"I joined the gym after trying the 6 week trial because it was unlike any gym I had ever joined. I like having an instructor to tell me what to do and give me a total workout without getting bored." - Cindy
"I spent too many years talking about how boring exercise is. When I found something that was not boring, it occurred to me I spent too long not exercising. It was time to get control of my health." - Gregg
6) Have you tried other gyms before?
"I've tried multiple gyms. I've had previous memberships at golds, planet fitness and curves." - Cindy
"Yes, many gyms over the years." - Gregg
7) What results have you seen in yourselves and your children since joining?
"I have a lot more energy. I also notice that I have muscle definition and I feel firmer." - Cindy
"I am more spry. I am more flexible. I am more confident. The same can be said about the kids." - Gregg
8) Have you participated in any of the gym's special events?
"Yes. I try to participate in as many challenges or group activities as I can. I feel like it keeps me motivated and Christina is always adding extra workouts/activities for the challenges as well." - Cindy
"Yes, I did the fitness challenge in October of 2014 and it led me to be in the best shape I've been in over the last 15-years." - Gregg
9) What is your favorite part about The Training Station?
"Besides the classes my favorite part is the personal feel to the gym. I feel like I know almost everyone and everyone is really supportive and encouraging. Terry and Christina make the gym feel very comfortable and make an effort to know everyone personally." - Cindy
"Everyone there seems like my extended family, the way they are always trying to help and encourage me to better myself. I really like the people." - Gregg
10) If there was one thing you could change about the gym, what would it be?
"I don't think I would change anything!" - Cindy
"Really nothing sticks out. I'd say it needs air conditioning, but at the end of the day I am there to sweat, so...." - Gregg
