Not quite sure how to kickstart your fitness journey? Joining our weight loss and our challenge groups is a great way to start from scratch and get into the best shape of your life!

These 8-week challenges begin with baseline fitness testing, allowing you to record your starting point and set personalized goals. Our gym corresponds with a local clinic to provide our members with nutritional guidance and safe instruction. To keep things competitive and fun, everyone who joins the challenge will be placed onto a team with other members. These challenges encourage teammates to hold each other accountable for reaching their individual goals, as the team works together to tally up their scores on a point system.  The next challenge group begins in November!

  • Initial assessment including fitness assessment and body measurements

  • One-on-one goal and coaching session to develop your personal 8-week plan for success

  • Group training sessions Unlimited per week with our top instructors teaching the basics of kickboxing and functional training

  • Weekly challenge activities  teaching fun healthy habits that deliver pound shredding results

  • Sound nutritional guidance focused on balanced healthy eating, so you’ll learn a sustainable approach to losing weight and getting healthy while still enjoying life .
