Kenpo & Ju Jitsu in Manchester, NH

Terry Dow’s Kenpo Ju Jitsu Program at The Training Station is a blend of old Shaolin Kenpo and Kosho Shorei Ryu Kenpo, and Yoshitsune Combat Ju Jitsu System.

Shaolin Kenpo is a striking art based on combinations of movements designed for self defense purposes. Kosho Shorei Ryu Kenpo is the study of natural movements utilizing strikes, locks and throws. This system is now headed by Bruce Juchnik Hanshi,  passed on to him from one of his teachers, James Mitose.

Yoshitsune Combat Ju Jitsu System Headed by Soke Michael DePasquale Jr blends striking and locking into an ultimate self defense system. Learning the traditional locks chokes and throws of a Japanese Ju Jitsu system and streamlining the techniques off common attacks that occur in every day situations.

This Class blends all these ideas of these martial arts as well as weapon defense (club, knife, or gun) and as well dealing with situations if we end up on the ground.
