Christina has been training in the Martial Arts for a total of twenty six years.  She currently holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Superfoot Systems, the Lightweight Title Belt from the 2011 Girl Fight in Rhode Island, and recognition from her time spent on the 2011 World championships,WAKO Kickboxing Team USA in Ireland.

Christina first got into martial arts when she moved. She was looking to meet new people, and was immediately attracted to the supportive and community culture surrounding Martial Arts. She found passion in watching her peers grow, encouraging them to meet their fitness goals while developing her confidence alongside them. For Christina, it IS about fitness and health, but it is also about building a fun foundation. She strongly believes that people can train to achieve their goals, while truly enjoying the process.  She sees the big picture, and loves watching what may seem like minutiae grow into developed skills.

At The Training Station, Christina teaches kickboxing, TRX, superfit, and bootcamp style group classes. She is also a certified personal trainer. Her clients receive a customized exercise plan to meet their goals. Whether weight loss, strength training, or a specific fitness goal, Christina designs a program to help her clients achieve success.
